April 20, 2005 Baby Diary
Well, April has come and is almost gone.
Where do the days and weeks go?
We are at 8 months! Woohoo we made it to 32 weeks.
The pregnancy is going so well.
We couldn’t be happier about the way things are going.
So, some things that have happened in April:
The baby shower! (4/2) We got lots of things to help us take care of our new little ones.
We have a stroller and car seats, and 2 pack n’ plays.
We have tons of clothes, diapers, and blankets!
Thank you to everyone who has helped us get our babies life started out right!
A case of some stomach thing (4/4)
I spent the whole day throwing up and other icky things and was not able to keep water down.
After the temp went up, the OB sent me to the ER for IV fluids, but boy did I feel better after that.
We have been slowly preparing for the arrival of the children.
The rooms are all switched now.
The fish and goku are safely in their new homes.
All the furniture is moved to its new location.
We just have to finish switching the closets.
We have to go pick up and set up the cribs.
We also have to finish the dresser so we can bring it home and I can put clothes in it.
(all the clothes have been washed and are ready to go!)
We received a glider rocker with ottoman.
That is set up and ready to rock some babies.
It’s very hard to wait to get the rest of the apt. ready for the babies, and it’s only about 4 weeks away
(OB says that at about 37 weeks they start thinking about inducing… if we make it to 36 I’ll be ecstatic).
Well, here’s to another great month (I can’t believe it is sooooo close!)
I know this was a little long, but I guess it’s my fault for not writing more often….
